I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Real Estate at the National University of Singapore. I obtained my PhD in Business (Real Estate) from the Pennsylvania State University in May 2025, and previously received both my BSc and MSc in real estate from the National University of Singapore. My research focuses on real estate, sustainability, and household finance.
